Our preferred method of making coffee at the TBCR HQ along with at home. Don't forget to order your Chemex filters too! One size filter fits the 6, 8, and 10 cup brewers.

We suggest your grind size be reminiscent of kosher salt.

• For iced coffee, place ice in bottom of brewer and brew hot water over grounds.
