FAQ's (Shipping, Pickup, Wholesale and Contact info)
When will my order ship if I place it today?
Orders placed Sunday-Thursday by midnight will be roasted the next morning and shipped that afternoon. Orders placed Friday-Sunday by midnight will roast and ship on Monday.
Free Shipping Fine Print:
Orders over $50 will qualify automatically for free shipping with the following exception: Extra heavy orders may not qualify due to the significant extra care (and cost) required to successfully send glass bottles through mail. Thanks for your understanding!
When will I receive my order?
Most orders ship via USPS. All orders ship from Illinois so, generally, midwest orders will arrive in 1-2 business days, east coast orders will arrive in 2-3 days, west coast orders arrive in 3-4 days.
Can I pick my order up?
Absolutely! Just select 'PICK UP' as your shipping method. We roast M-F and will usually have your order ready for pick up within 1 business day. You will be notified via email when your order is officially ready for pickup, and you can come to our roastery in Warrenville to come and get it. The Roastery is open M-F 7:30-4pm (enter through the door marked 'Shipping and Receiving'), but if you wish to pick up outside of those hours, orders can also be picked up through the Tap House host stand during their regular business hours as well during evenings/weekends.
We're sorry but there are no refunds on orders that are not picked up within a certain timeframe.
