Heat 32 fl oz of water until it's just off the boil then add the tea strainer. 3. After 4 minutes, remove the tea strainer, add 32 fl oz more of icy-cold water to the hot tea liquid, then transfer to your preferred tea dispenser. 4. Serve over ice and enjoy!

Our Iron Goddess of Mercy (Ti Kwan Yin) Oolong is a legendary tea from the Fujian province in China. It is one of China's most-beloved oolongs and is extremely time-consuming to produce (well over a dozen distinct steps in the processing are observed). This tea produces a cup that is warm, soft and soothingly mineral in texture. Notes of toasted walnut and tender collard greens.
