Sustainability Matters

From harvested coffee cherry all the way to the finished bag, sustainability practices matter to us.

Farmers First

The greatest influence on what makes coffee excellent is its farmer. Their care and expertise is essential. Because of this we pay at or above fair market value for all of our coffees.

Responsible Roasting

We roast all of our coffee on a half bag Loring Smart Roaster, the most eco-friendly roaster on the market. Each year we save an estimated 132,000lb of CO2.

Sourcing and Community

Our coffee bags are sourced from a manufacturer within 5 miles of our roastery, and all our cups and sleeves comply with the Sustainable Forestry Initiative.
