We're excited to announce that our first cafe opened in late August in the historic Roundhouse in Aurora, IL!
We'll be roasting daily on our 1 kilo Probatino coffee roaster to assure the coffee we serve at the cafe is as fresh as possible. Come in and visit us in the morning to grab a cup of freshly brewed specialty coffee or tea on our pour-over bar and a freshly-baked artisanal pastry, visit us in the afternoon to grab a quick espresso and a tapas plate or visit us after work for a snifter of a rare, hard-to-find beer or a dessert after dinner.
Our space is wide open and perfect for a gathering place for local clubs to meet too. Just email us at info@twobrotherscoffeeroasters if you'd like to schedule a meet-up for your club and we'll get you in.
Our cafe will share the same space as our 7-barrel micro-brewery where, in just a few months, we'll be knocking out fun, experimental beers and you can watch the process in action.
There will be plenty going on at the cafe on a daily basis so come by for a drink and experience the craft.
